Greenhouse Gas Protocol (for cities)
The Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG Protocol) for cities is the Global Protocol for Community-Scale Greenhouse Gas Emission Inventories (GPC), is a renowned and accepted framework for city-wide greenhouse gas emissions accounting and reporting. It was jointly created by the World Resources Institute, C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group and Local Governments for Sustainability (ICLEI).
