With the help of target balancing and the emissions trajectory, we are projecting your city's future emission reduction year-by-year. When your Transition elements have no target values set, you will see the emissions of your reference scenario. The saved emissions projected for each Transition element are therefore the avoided, or reduced emissions with regards to your reference scenario baseline emissions.
